Dear Father God, We pray for our leaders for Humility and Servant Leadership; Wisdom and Discernment to always act in the best interests of Australian citizens. We pray for Integrity and Honesty in all major Bills, Agreements, high value Purchases and decision making. We also lift up our political leaders, asking that they may have angelic protection from evil entities and those who wish to defame, attack and undermine their righteous and ethical efforts.
For those who do not honour God we pray for repentance. For those few Christians who serve in Federal, State and Local Governments across Australia, and Family based parties (ie Family First Party Australia - www.familyfirstparty.org.au and Australian Christians Party - australianchristians.org.au). We humbly ask for wisdom and God’s favour upon them.

Almighty God, we humbly seek Thy blessing upon the leaders of our nation. Guide and direct their deliberations so that all that they do will advance your glory and the true welfare of the people of NSW and Australia.

God’s heart for mankind is that we have life and life abundantly. Therefore, we pray for Pro-Life laws from conception to natural end of life (with improved palliative care).
Almighty God, we pray for a transformation in the hearts of Australians to value life as You do. We ask for Your strategies to be released for protecting the unborn, palliative and aged care, disabilities and carers, Amen.
The Gospel calls us to respond to those in need with compassion and mercy. Kingdom Governance defends the cause of those who are orphans, foster-children, widows, single-parent families, sick, homeless, injured, or suffering from life-controlling addictions, and provides support structures for those at risk. Supporting the vulnerable in our communities is central to the Gospel, so must be a priority.
‘The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, because the Lord has anointed Me to preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives’

Almighty God, we ask for Your strategies in defending and protecting the poor and needy at all levels of Government, Church, and Society.
As in the times of Sodom and Gomorrah, our society is far from God’s plan for relationship and family. The Word of God is clear, marriage is a covenant between a man and a woman under God, which provides the parameters for raising a Godly family. Supporting faith-based marriage and family is needed to see our Nation transformed. This includes greater access to faith-based marriage counselling, elimination of domestic violence (from conception to natural end of life), elimination of pornography, protecting parents’ rights, and saying no to gender ideology in our schools and throughout Government funded agencies.
‘Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things’

Almighty God, we thank You for the gift of marriage. We pray that You would challenge our nation to uphold the Christian heritage it was built upon, and to re-affirm Your design for the family. We also pray that You would give Your wisdom and strength to all our nation’s Mothers and Fathers through Jesus Christ Our Lord. Amen.
Jesus offers us choice. Choice is a fundamentally human experience and goes all the way back to the Garden of Eden.
Recognising that Indigenous Australians desire an equal voice for truth and choice, helps us to understand the need for ongoing love, consideration and understanding towards our Indigenous brothers and sisters.

Almighty God, we pray for a deep healing in the Nation of Australia. We ask that You would help us to understand each other as brothers and sisters. We pray that the difficult truths are shared and the wounds of the past are healed, and that our love for one another will reflect Your love for us. Amen.
